MANCHESTER, England, July 15 (UPI) -- An 80-year-old British man pleaded guilty to indecent exposure after neighbors accused him of washing his car while wearing nothing but a hat.
Stockport magistrates heard Kevin Lavelle, 80, of Manchester, England, was asked by neighbors to stop gardening in the nude and they went to authorities after he was seen washing his car in his driveway while wearing nothing but a blue hat, The Daily Mirror reported Thursday.
