Dreaming permits each and every one of us to be quietly and safely insane every night of our lives.

Perhaps not so if you talk in your sleep, loudly enough, your bedroom window is left open, and you're in close proximity to your neighbors!

I had a roommate that caused me, many times, to wonder: Is there somebody in that bedroom with him?

I had a really weird dream last night I must say!

I really don't know what it was trying to tell me- perhaps it's best if I don't know!

Now that is a very good proverb. Who of us has not dreamed of being involved in something weird, scary, bizzarre or strange? I think we all know what Freud would say. I've always been intrigued by my dreams; I try not to put too much stock in them. I found when I would study alot, I would be dreaming about my classes and wake up exhausted...

I suppose some dreams are rather insane, but the dream world is the one place we can all be perfectly sane since we create our own dreams.

Love the proverb, tij, and completely agree. Sometimes I dream crazy things and I might even know that I'm dreaming, in which case I just let the dream play out without worrying about how insane the dream is.
