No, not really, but it got you to take a look, didn’t it?

Isn’t a lot of the stuff we have to contend with in everyday life just about drawing us in?

With everyone wanting to sell you something, that you don’t need or want, or even just wanting your details, not that all your details, name, address, date of birth, are a trivial thing these days.

Life can be such a let-down, I wonder what happened to honesty!

Do you ever get fed up with almost everything being some kind of a scam?

I put this in “Other Topics” because it doesn’t seem to have a place to go.

Is'nt that the truth!

There is no honesty, people want to make a buck that is all they care about.

Do you ever think of someone else when you are "with" your partner?
Do you drive over the speed limit?
Do you embellish on resumes?
Do you sneak candy bars into a theater?

Do you watch too much TV?

I had to click on just to see who else had responded. Somehow I knew Big Mike would be here.

First I grinned, saying to myself, "this is one of those 'made ya look' thingies," then I looked.

I am certainly a lot more cynical than I used to be. Now I tend to seek out the thing everyone else seems to be missing, especially in marketing.

Like "bring your stuff to us and you can store it instead of throwing it away. Problem solved!" No...now you've got another monthly bill you don't need to store something that was sitting in your house for free. How is that "problem solved?" Yet I have a friend whose sister pays for three of those storage sheds all over the counrty! Just keep your stuff, or get rid of it.

Scam!

I have to sneak out of here before anyone sees that I was visiting. LOL

Just a note. I got married because of free sex. Little did I know that cost me a lot more than if I had just paid for it. LOL
