Okay we all know about those emails from somewhere in Africa. Some prince or royal majesty wants to use your bank account to deposit his millions.
But I never thought Id see the day where I would get a pm, in here, from someone in Nigeria, asking for that 'support'! Anyone else get one of those or is it just spam hitting at random?

I get it atleast once a week or so. Total BS. I have talked to some people that actually believed it when this all started and lost money thinking they are going to be rich...Sad.

No I haven't gotten that, at least not yet.

I'd send him a reply and tell him what he can do with his millions!

If you've gotten a PM spam on CD...forward it to Yac or Marka...and maybe they can put a stop to it ASAP.

There is also a new e-mail scam going around. It's called the hitman scam. If you get an e-mail from a so called hit man, saying they were hired to "hit" you (kill you) but say they will not perform the hit for x amount of dollars. Just delete the e-mail. It's a scam. Started last year but seems to be making the rounds again.

Wow I remember getting those YEARS ago! I don't know when they first started but they've been getting national attn. lately. I remember back in '99 or something, these people were spamming me at least 2-3 times a week. I finally decided to reply and I *ahem* told him to screw himself. (I know, that's bad, I was much younger then ) but I really didn't know someone (a real person) was reading it. The emailed back to tell me it wasn't a scam and they needed my help. LOL. I was like whatever... But it's interesting that with all the publicity, there are people still out there trying it.
