How difficult is it to differentiate between a "sexual enhancement spray" and a car battery?

Hard enough that Sears Roebuck and Co., along with subsidiary KCD, have filed a lawsuit against the makers of the "Die Hard" male numbing agent, claiming that the branding is too similar to the Sears car batteries of the same name, WLS 890AM reports.

Well I did get a charge outta this electrifying story. Maybe I should go to Sears and get a Die Hard battery to charge up me batteries so I can Die Hard a happy man.
