Maybe at 3pm the G spot is active and much easier for men to find? It’s all in the mysterious universe and the alignment of the planets, moon and sun. Thus when the sun is at 3pm “bingo” 
the G spot is noticed and ready for action. At 3:30 and after all is over for another 24 hours or until the sun and planets line up again. 
This is just a possible theory and shouldn’t be checked on at home alone without an adult present.
