My mother was my pusher....lol. She had found it while researching their move to Alaska and wanted to show me all the great pictures on here. So I went home and started looking through on my own time- and found all the other great things to be had here! I'm hooked...it hasn't been long, but it's an every day, several times a day thing. Working from home and living twenty miles from town probably doesn't help!

If anyone is interested in breaking their addiction to Cd.com or anything else, in lieu of traditional 12-step programs, I stumbled across a revolutionary 1200-step program, spread out over 10 years. I'm going to try it someday when the consensus of 12 psychiatrists deems me indisputably addicted.

I've tried those 12-step programs for my other addictions (like Oxycodon and crossword puzzles), and I seem to always relapse somewhere between the 1st and 2nd step. 12th step? Oh please! That always seems as far away, to me, as India!

This 1200-step program sounds like it was specifically devised for people like me. Say Good-bye to your addiction, slowly, slowly!

I used CD for many months before venturing into the forums. Am I addicted to CD? Not a chance. I am addicted to my friends though.

Sun Queen, How can you or anybody get 17,000+ reps in only 2.5 years? Wonder what is the highest number of reps on CD? Where do you post the most?

For all of us who can't get enough... how did u find cd?

It's been so long, I don't even remember. I'm an almost every day poster. But having been here since 2007, my stats show that I'm not an addict, and not one of the "in crowd". By that, I mean many on here have become friends/buddies. Sometimes, the back and forth friend posts feels like high school. But, that's o.k. if they enjoy that.
