Today's Questions What did you consider the most valuable thing you owned when you were a child/teenager/now? As a young teenager, my bike - I used to ride it all over the countryside, often all day long on weekends and during school holidays. Even used to stop and chat with the gypsies if I rode past one of their camps ... which would have given my mother the heeby-jeebies (good thing I never told her)! As an older teenager, my Everly Brothers LPs!
Bonus Question What's your favorite way to waste time at work without getting caught? The only person who could have caught me was me... I worked from home in my own business! I do admit to spending more time than I should have playing Solitaire and Freecell, when I should have been analysing stats and writing reports, though.
Extra Credit Question You were just given a yacht. What would you name her/him/it? I'd name it "Make Me An Offer"... a boat is your own private hole in the ocean into which you pour money! Plus I can't swim, and hate wearing a life jacket. No use for a yacht round here!
Today's Questions What did you consider the most valuable thing you owned when you were a child/teenager/now? teenager, my record player and records

with the election not going the way most want, riots riots riots
road blockages
airport closed since Wed and I'm supposed to fly out today
so yesterday we made it to the Brazilian UN camp Charlie
we were escorted to the boarder with the D. R.
instructions if rocks were thrown to keep your head down and do NOT get out of the vehicle unless told so first by the UN.
it was very narrow road blocks, UN blowing this sirene sound to tell people to get out of the way, they had these big tanks on wheels.
real adventure.
made it to the border which was getting ready to close
paper work for the vehicle took forever (we left the house before 5am, arrive at the border around lunch time
to Santo Domingo 6 hrs later (with several check point between)
have booked one way flight to Miami
life is good
