Today's Questions

What did you consider the most valuable thing you owned when you were a child/teenager/now? Amazing how one's perspective changes as we get older.

As a younger child my first pony, a Brownie Camera, race car set
Pre-teen/early teens a TV, sterio system and phone for my room
Teenager my first car so I finally had freedom
Now, absolutely nothing material - family especially my DS, friends, good health and my faith.

Bonus Question

What's your favorite way to waste time at work without getting caught?

Extra Credit Question

You were just given a yacht. What would you name her/him/it? The Shredmeister to deter pirates

Today's Questions
What did you consider the most valuable thing you owned when you were a child/teenager/now? As a young teenager, my bike - I used to ride it all over the countryside, often all day long on weekends and during school holidays. Even used to stop and chat with the gypsies if I rode past one of their camps ... which would have given my mother the heeby-jeebies (good thing I never told her)! As an older teenager, my Everly Brothers LPs!

Bonus Question
What's your favorite way to waste time at work without getting caught?
The only person who could have caught me was me... I worked from home in my own business! I do admit to spending more time than I should have playing Solitaire and Freecell, when I should have been analysing stats and writing reports, though.

Extra Credit Question
You were just given a yacht. What would you name her/him/it?
I'd name it "Make Me An Offer"... a boat is your own private hole in the ocean into which you pour money! Plus I can't swim, and hate wearing a life jacket. No use for a yacht round here!

Hope everyone's have a fun weekend.

road blockages
airport closed since Wed and I'm supposed to fly out today
so yesterday we made it to the Brazilian UN camp Charlie
we were escorted to the boarder with the D. R.
