You might want to just be quiet at this point and quit bugging them to see if it is covered. You might make someone realize that you didn't provide the receipts as you said you would. Plus, it is illegal for them to perform the work without giving you a written estimate first, that you sign off on. Let them replace the motor, go pick it up and RUN out the door....
