yes, its cheap quiet (empty) and i live there. I love it. Only issue is your home is in the middle of the Worlds year round vacation spot. Pick a country, they "holiday" in Buena Vista for Disney. Ive been there a month. They used to go for 1200/mo (1br) I got mine for 700! If you can buy one do it, when the market goes up it will easily profit 100%. How can it not at that price? Example my apt went for $27000 a month ago, 3 years ago it was $180000, true the bubble had alot to do with it, -these are nice and even a rise in value to 90K is worth buying now and sitting on it and living super cheap while you enjoy buena vista waiting for the economy. Could be worse, like say south jersey..
