Best bet go East with newer developments.
Southeast metro Orlando is majority Hispanic. Northeast metro Orlando is not (yet). This is not a cultural issue but a class issue. Lower class and educated people are going to act like this.

Then you should have specified Chuluota instead of just saying "move east".

Guess you never been to college. My nephew and friends graduated from Carnegie Mellon University. Had a farewell party at my sis home before they went off to Hong Kong, England and Texas to their perspective new jobs. One kid fell on his face falling off the steps, had to take him to the ER, another jumped off the boat deck running his good shoes for the trip, and last one just threw up everywhere. We baby sat these “great minds” until we got them on a plane. I’m sure the neighbors hated us that night, but their college kids probably did worse.

So 20yo are irresponsible, huh? I've been to college, have 3 degrees. I was in my 20s at one point in my life and know how they can act.

So don’t just blame crazy behavior on Hispanics or less affluent folks.

I didn't blame crazy behavior on Hispanics. However crazy stuff happens in less affluent neighborhoods, including neighborhoods full of less affluent 20yo

I grew up around Hispanics my entire life and they weren’t like this. Not everyone has these habits, though I’m aware some do.
