I think they're on the right track with some form of downtown area. Not to mention there's very little there in terms of shopping or restaurants. Neighboring Orange City could use something similar, though to me for an extra few minutes commute would be worth the obvious uptick in amenities versus Debary.

Well that's great..but it ONLY works if homes are priced high enough to keep undesirables out! Any neighborhood in Orlando with lower priced homes brings riff raff to the neighborhood.

It looks pretty but if that community that likes to drive fart cans -- WINK WINK -- starts moving to Debary it's all over.

DeBary is just 30 minutes from both Orlando and Daytona Beach, and 15 minutes from DeLand, Sanford and Deltona. So DeBary is in a great location with lots of commuting options.
