With its close proximity to Dr, Phillips I really don't see any more room for opportunity. The loop doesn't have all that much more.

I agree I'd like to see more restaurants off 535 as well.

Immediately if not sooner.

That would be great and so would Whole Foods or Trader Joes. Publix does not even have organic potatos! Don't feel like driving all the way thrugh the town of Winderemere and then into Dr. Phillips to go there.

The developers originally had a movie theater in the plans. The whole development was suppose to be the as big as Waterford Lakes but the residents in the area asked for the project to be scaled down. The scaled down plan eliminated many stores and the theater. I wish I had time to find the article that stated that.

A new shopping village is supposed to be going in near Summerlake in Winter Garden. The 429 exit should be open in that area by that time as well. Still a little time away though.

The WGV had to knock out the theater because of the noise level assumed for a business that technically has hours until 2AM. (late 11 or 12AM show gets out at 2).

The gym went in as a replacement on that.

WGV is pretty big in shopping... there was WAY less there 10 years ago.
Just go down to Millenia. You'll never get anything too fancy in Northwest Orange anymore.
