What do you recommend? Brighthouse is so expensive!!! Coming from Miami where I use Comcast the difference in price is HUGE. Comcast is always having specials however from what I have seen brighthouse has no specials.

+1. No issues with DirecTV unlike Brighthouse which was always on the fritz for me. I always see their vans parked in my neighborhood working on something. Satellite TV has improved considerably and only lose signal when a really bad thunderstorm is overhead, when you probably shouldn't have the TV on anyway.

I agree. DTV over BH.
A no brainer.

What you need is a clear view of the sky from your balcony or mounted to a pole in the ground nearby. Your landlord may not allow that.

Check with DTV and they can give you your installation options.

You need a reasonably unobstructed view of the Equator, which is south. Then slightly shifted to the west a bit where the vast majority of DirecTV's satellites are located. So probably SSW line of sight.

It looks like they partner with a bunch of companies (like AT&T) to provide phone and internet bundles.
