Not at all. Longwood is a nice little suburb that's close to the core of the metro, enjoy.

Not bad, just rather boring.

If Pasadena ave is where I think it is, it is not the best neighborhood. Longwood overall is a nice place, though.

I'm quite familiar with Longwood and the surrounding areas. I would not be worried about that area. However, you'll eventually find out that Longwood stretches further closer to Apopka and Lake Mary. Sweetwater, Wekiva area which is closer to Altamonte/Apopka would be considered a nicer and more upscale area than your side of Longwood near 17-92. Longwood down Markham Woods road bordering Lake Mary/Heathrow ,IMO is even more desirable. But overall, I think you'll be pleased with your move.

Not as nice as some of the other parts of Longwood, but I wouldn't say it's bad.

Pasadena Ave is close to where the City is looking to redevelop - you may find it to be a great long term investment and also if you are working in Orlando, you'll have SunRail soon -
