The highest would be on the Lake County border. Well other than some of the downtown high rise buildings.

According to this website, the highest point is on the Orange/Lake Border somewhere between Disney World and Winter Garden. Somewhere between 225-320 feet above Sea Level

That new expressway (429) west of Disney had some elevation changes and you could see some small hills in the distance, probably from Lake county around Clermont, take highway 50 west to see them.

I'm surprised Leon county isn't on the list. Growing up in Tallahassee those hills seemed so high. But maybe everything else there is just so low.

The highest point in the Florida Peninsula is Sugarloaf Mountain which is in Clermont, Lake County at 312 ft above sea level

The picture here from the peak reminds me of the rolling hills in Connecticut

The two best roads to drive on to see the hills in Lake County are Hartwood Marsh Road--at one spot on a clear day you can see downtown Orlando!--and CR 561 between Route 27 and Astatula. The entrance to Sugarloaf is off CR 561 or CR 455.

Just please be careful, it's an area popular with bicyclists, so share the road!
