Hello Guys..im in Kissimmee and just accepted a job by Lake Mary..I sorta wanna be in between the job and downtown. I would like a nice gated community with good amenities like fitness center, safe surroundings etc..I am thinking altamonte springs. If anyone knows any "nice" apt complex by altamonte springs, can you let me know. Thanks.

I used to live out there....try the area right by the Mall and Uptown Altamonte...that is a nice area.....if you go east of Ronald Regan Blvd there is a ghetto part of Altamonte that most people don't know about and if they say they drive by there and see nothing wrong then they have never actually walked back behind the McDonalds over there...trust me.....and one other little area that isnt the best would be on the west side of I-4 when you turn south off of 436 onto Wymore RD. the apartments there arent the greatest but not the worst but when i lived there i didnt think it was a nice area but it is only a couple of blocks in that specific area im talking about.....but the whole area other than that is generally a nice area to live in
