It's a really nice area It's practically in Windermere despite having an Ocoee address. I have a friend that lives in Wesmere (across the road) and they've been there for many years and have never had any problems.

Agreed, very nice area. Although I thought that their prices were high for the size, but still, like brink said, its almost in Windermere and in a nice location. Its right next to a Publix plaza and down the road from Wal-Mart and more importantly, Twistee Treats.

Gotha is a nice area, show properties around the community and talking with buyers and sellers they seem to have no real issues.

Hope this helps,

This is a very nice area, I have lived near the complex for years. It is also very easy to get to downtown Orlando, Disney, and Universal. The 408, 429 and the turnpike can take you everywhere else.
