In addition, StoneyBrook East and West, Oviedo, Avalon Park, Thornton Park, Heathrow, Lake Nona etc. There are a lot of great neighborhoods in the Orlando Area

Any other criteria to narrow down what your definition of nice neighborhood is?

Established neighborhoods or newer ones?
Easy access to highways, seclusion or a mix?

I like to ask: What would you paint as the perfect picture of a great neighborhood?

I'd pull Avalon and Stoney East out of that mix.

Avalon is too mixed and transient.... Stoneybrrok east WAY overinflated and real poor mgmt

Great Family Neighborhood. Country Creek in Altamonte Springs.(32714) We are near to I-4 and great schools. We have trees and nice people who care. Good luck.

Maitland....a less expensive version of Winter Park, high demographics, and low crime. Very convenient to downtown and I-4.
