We recently moved to Longwood (Sweetwater neighborhood) and have a pool. However our pool is not heated and find that its generally too cold to stay in for long. We want to get a heater installed, but have a couple questions:

1) What are the pros/cons of Solar Heat vs an Electric Heat Pump? [btw- we do have a few solar panels on our roof already since we have a Solar Heat Pump].

2) Does anyone have any companies they recommend to install a heater for us in our area?

Thanks!

If your pool is screened in, you may just want to remove the screen enclosure. In my opinion they are ugly and the keep the pool a few degrees cooler.
