Before you get involved in any condo, be sure to check out other threads on CD about how they operate and the liabilities involved. Your realtor probably won't tell about their downside so read and educate yourself first. Sure wish we did.

Like I said, you're not going to find a condo in a "nice" and "safe" area in your price range looking in the greater Orlando area.

I'm no real estate agent, but you probably can't give a condo away. I'm sure you can find something dirt cheap in this market. Most of the apartments that went condo are apartments again.
