Anybody know of how to get a good deal on these. We are a family of six, with kids from Kindergarten to High School. Are there any buy one get one, or other such things? Thank you for whatever help you can give. We don't live in Florida, but will be traveling there in May.

Other than timeshare presentations, I don't know where you can get Disney discounted tickets. Disney doesn't offer specials like BOGO and unless you're a FL resident, you are pretty much going to pay gate price. I don't know if AAA or Costco sells discounted Disney tickets in your area but my guess would be no.

AAA members in most of the country except the west coast can buy discounted Walt Disney World tickets at their local office. AAA members from the west coast can buy them at the AAA South office in Orlando when they get here. Mousesavers has a good page listing the various discounted tickets that can be gotten from different sources. Whatever you do, don't buy the used tickets that are sold all over Orlando, they rarely if ever work.

One way to limit your cost is to commit to 'one park' each day. The PARKHOPPER options (which allow you to visit as many parks as you wish each day) add a lot of $$$ to bottomline tix costs. Of course, they also allow you the most flexibility for your visit.

Is this your first visit? Are you staying 'onsite' or off? This will also impact how much you can do in a day.

I agree that MOUSESAVERS is a great site with the best tix retailer options. I've used them with great results.

Another great site for more info to help plan your visit is: disboards. Virtually any question you have is answered there.

AAA offers about a 5% discount to members, but you need to buy the tickets from them prior to leaving home.
