Hello everyone,

A couple of questions my family who is relocating from Wisconsin really need help with. We have to move within the next couple of days but are very anxious.

Are these apartments in safe neighborhoods:

CONWAY FOREST: 2520 S Conway Road, Orlando, FL 32812
HARBOR BEACH: 5757 Five Flags Blvd, Orlando, FL 32822
VILLAGE LAKES APARTMENTS: 4901 Bottlebrush Lane, Orlando, FL 32808
(4330 Fountainview Lane)

My family was nearly settled with the last option but I just got off the phone with someone who said Rosemont is actually beginning to have a lot of crime and on the border with Pine Hills a known high crime area.

I will be taking the Lynx to and from work most days so neighbourhoods are a concern.

Suggestions for one bedroom apartments between 600-700 a month in a good neighborhood where a single lady and Beagle can live more than welcome My Mom will be joining us and has been waitlisted to be a Disney employee.

Also:

For a small one bedroom apartment, how much does an electricity apartment cost?

Thank you

I know the addresses.

I would call them average. I think they are areas are decent. However they are near Semoran and Conway.

But I think you will be okay. But again someone else will think differently.

Second, you said your mother is wait-listed at Disney. Commuting to Disney from those areas without a car, seems to me like an adventure, so just be aware of that.

Good luck with the move and I wish you the best.
