Wonder if Palm Bay is too far. We bought a short sale this year and have been redoing it. The yard is a mess . LOL Would love to have someone else finish it.

Default pick our house, please

will email pics. we are in Lake Mary, just north of Orlando. Right off of I-4 in Heathrow. Bought last year and need help with the lawn and thye foyer desperately. Foyer oepns up into the living room and needs to be more defined. The back yard is begging for lighting to keep up with the Joneses.

I would do it if rug and furniture could go under outdoor pergola we already have and not indoor foyer.
Could also use the gazebo and lighting and maybe a new lawn on that side of the house.
House is 3200sf Craftsman bungalow built in 2004 in Baldwin Park (Orlando).
We have lost 3 Queen Palms recently but still have 7 more.
