Yeah we have the largest, busiest, and generally nicest outlets in the US. Millenia is the token upscale mall that you would see in most larger metros with most of the major stores and many upscale options like Gucci, etc. Florida Mall is our massive mall with just about every store you can think of. More and more upscale stores have been added recently since the mall is just so busy. We have a few struggling malls: Fashion Square, Oviedo Marketplace, Festival Bay, and West Oaks (to a lesser degree). They are all still nice but lack many good stores. Altamonte and Seminole are nice malls as well located in the northern suburbs but they are just smaller versions of the Florida mall in all practicality. If you are looking for a specific set of stores, I would visit the mall websites. Start with Millenia and the Florida Mall since they most likely have what you are looking for and then some.

For a non mall shopping area that has some upscale boutiques there is also Park Ave. in Winter Park, which some have called the Rodeo Dr. of Central FL.

Millenia and the Outlets. Both Prime Outlets pretty much have the same stores with a few differences.

so out of the 1 week in orlando we have only alotted 2 days for shopping.. would you suggest 1 day at millenia and 1 day at either of the outlets (since they are ssentially the same)? any other better shopping destinations? doesn't necessarily have to be brand name, just looking for bargains!!

The first choice will be the Millinea Mall. They have Coach, Boss, Feragamo, Burberry, Channel, Louis V, Neiman and so on

Directory | The Mall at Millenia

The Prime and Premium both have an assortment of store but it will be last seasons fashions if that matters.

Both have Polo, Prime has Coach, Guess,
Orlando Premium Outlets - International Dr

Premium includes, Armani, and French Connection
Orlando Premium Outlets - Vineland Ave - Directions & Transportation

I would spend one day at the outlets and one day at the Florida mall. The mall at millennia isn't for bargains, it's very high end.
