Roller Hockey, indoor leagues and outdoor rinks (Orlando, Maitland: live, moving to)

Moving to Orlando in the near future, and one thing that is a major part of my free time is playing Roller hockey, where I currently live, is that something done in the Orlando area?

I see that there is Universal Skating Center, but it lists as the oldest Maple rink, is this where they play, on a maple rink? Or is there another court made of sport court.

Also is there any outdoor public rinks, I read there might be one in Lake Mary, are there others?

After moving to Orlando, a lot of roller players have switched to ice hockey and play at the RDV Sportsplex in Maitland
