My family and I are thinking about moving to Albany, Oregon. We have a 6 year old and a 2 year old. We lived in Portland for 10 years before moving to Iowa to be closer to family. We've been here for the three years and want to get back to the PNW. We can't afford to live in Portland, and aren't sure we'd want to raise our family there anyway. Albany seems like a nice, happy medium. Any thoughts/suggestions/tips on areas in Albany that are attractive to families with young children? Thank you for any input!
