Please be more specific. What kind of schools? Medical school? Preschool?

What kind of job? Logger? Truck driver? School teacher?

Why do you think Oregon would be a better place to live than Kansas?

If you are like most Americans or most places in America, the cost of living is just a little more than you make.

What defines "best" place? Population 10,000, population 500,000? Best is subjective.

As far as cost of living, most of Oregon should be higher than Kansas.
