Well I have researched and found out that the following site is excellent for easily finding apartments that are child-friendly...Apartments for Rent and Homes for Rent. I am deeming them child-friendly if they have a playground.Over simplified, I know.

So I am thinking about moving to the Legacy Crossings apartment complex. Anyone have any opinions about that complex? So far I haven't found anything else that meets my needs without charging an astronomical rent. This one seems reasonable, but I don't want a Nazi management company like RD Barr.

Any opinions about Legacy Crossing at about 108th and Fort?

Contact the local police dept. for information. The apartment leasing offices will downplay any negative factors for the area.
