What do you guys make of this? A local activist claims on their blog that Equal Omaha, the group that spearheaded the Equal Omaha Ordinance hasn't been very inclusive of members of the LGBT Community. It upsets me. LGBT groups should be inclusive of ALL LGBT people, not just the white males in the community.
Here is the link to the blog post.

I'd have to get all the facts from both sides and perhaps a independent third party (always preferable). To just take the word of one side is opening the door to bias.

There definitely seems to be something that we're not being told. Perhaps they took issue with the angry militantism that seems to be coming from this group? And when you are bringing light to an issue, you shouldn't be childishly name calling...

Angry Militantism, Raphael? Is that what you got from the happy, smiling faces in the picture posted in that blog article? LOL The person writing the blog is just telling it like it is.

Heck, angry gays might do something militant like hold hands at Westroads. The Governor might have to call out the National Guard.

And how do we know this? They may have an agenda to push. In fact they do as about any organization does. Without both sides of the story one can't reasonably make any judgements here. To just buy their story as truth without any evidence other than them saying trust us is called gullibility.

Unfortunately, its not the Governor. It's Gays calling out other Gays. Once again, Omaha's gays are dividing into little cliques

I thought gays were supposed to love everybody. But this makes it look like gays are just as petty and nasty as anyone else.

every group has always had people within it's ranks or community who dont get along with others. it's been true since Cain and Abel

it's called having a opinion.

and btw, Outrage and disagreement with ur group or community is good.

I see it, Agreeing 100 percent with folks in ur group all the time isnt ever good, cause u are more a drone than someone who thinks.

Um its always been that way, even ages ago. There are "cliques" in any group, LGBT included.
