Looking for a 4-5 bedroom rental home starting first week of January. Will consider 3 BR if the bedrooms are very large. Looking to spend $800 to $1400 per month. We are selling our home in Iowa, with an estimated closing date of Jan. 6. Would like to be in one of these school districts: Millard North, Millard West, Bennington, or Elkhorn. Let me know if you know of anything, or have any suggestions where to search. We have looked on Craigslist...not sure where else to look on the internet.
Would like a 1-year lease, but willing to consider a 2-year lease if we really like the house. We have 1 cat, but no other pets.
