I know a co-worker that lives there now and he has no complaints about the place (as I have thought about moving there). I too though have heard of many complaints from others. Best I can offer is to get an idea of what you want now and run it by the management. Their reaction should tell you what to expect.

I lived there, they even furnished it for me. Maintenance stuff is taken care of immediately, and the building is secure. No problems.
