My wife and I are looking into buying a prebuilt small log cabin and would like to have a lot near the lake. Most of the lots we see on the internet have restrictions that do not allow a prebuilt structure.

Does anyone know of where we should be looking for lots that may allow a prebuilt structure under 400 sq ft?

Thanks in advance!

Piney Creek will allow anything in its community. The 40x. 70 lots start at $350.00 and up. The best ones run about $1000. The land taxes are about $15.00 a year.

How about HOA fees? Is this place right on the lake? Do the lots have electrical hookups, water, and sewage?
