Our realtor called today and said someone who looked at our house for the second time today was planning on making us an offer. She told us how much it was, and we agreed to accept it. The closing would be June 30th, so we would only have to make two more payments (and one of them is compliments of GW's tax rebate program). The offer was considerably lower than our original price, but only about $7,000 less than what we had lowered it to recently. All in all, it's a little more than 20% below what our appraisal was last November. That's not too bad considering the housing market in the northeast. Now I just hope everything goes well -- inspections, mortgage, etc.

Please -- if you're religious, pray, and if you're not, cross those fingers
