I finally made it out there on Sunday. Very surprized that the event is that large and sophisticated. Most tents and stuff were shutting down although i did catch the wine tasting tent. The river looked good but they still have a lot of work to do with beautification. Im confident that even in a couple of years it will look twice as enhanced. Peggy the neighborhood that I thought existed where the parking is only has a couple of dilpated houses and really a lot of old pretty trees. Hope they keep them and dont try to pave a parking lot there. The city is being smart so I dont see that happening in the future. You guys crack me up about the rep points...Although I am pretty close to getting my third bar!...I might take a lil vacation because of school. So if my posts start to decrease it isnt because I am unhappy.-the best

Yes I loved those pretty trees. They should just leave them. The river area really needs some trees, flowers, etc. I am sure they will do that. We need you here, Happy. You have the most information about OKC.

Jammie have they changed the rep system? Seems like I am always on the 24 hour wait.

Peggy, Administrator changed the rep system a while ago. It was unfair to new members cause some of the older members were allowed to give too much rep. I used to be able to give four points, now I'm down to two.

I'm not sure if it works by the span of time OR if it works that we have to give a certain number of people rep before being able to give it to the first person again. But anyway, you're right~it is set up differently now.
