That ice last year was tough. I finally managed to make tiny walking paths so I wouldn't fall down. I hope that doesn't happen this year.

Agreed. However, every now and then my 16 year-old mind would act it's age and slide across the backyard on the ice.

Default OK City Memorial

I would recommend visiting the Oklahoma City Memorial of those who died in the bombing of the Murrah Federal Building. It is quite a moving experience. And most people will tell you that it should be visited both at night and in the day.

Also, you might want to eat a delicious steak dinner at Cattleman's Steakhouse. It is located in the old saloon district of OKC. Very quaint.

Did you take the boat ride when you were in Bricktown? It seems to be a favorite, too.

Hope you enjoy your visit.

Thankfully they saved the survivor tree from all the ice this year! And now that the ice has melted away you wont have to slide back and forth to observe the memorial!!
