Isn't that an "Oxymoron", being thugs and trying to add it with harmony? I have always heard that thug were more associated with chaos and trouble.

I'd have to say it is a tie...between everywhere in the state. Personally though I prefer the three C's.

Nowhere.

Overall, Ohio is not a good place to live with the job market, rural setting, location, and generally unfriendly people.

If I had to pick, though, I'd say Shaker Heights (suburb of Cleveland) or Tremont or Coventry Village in Cleveland.

Job market is bad everywhere, and actually better in Ohio than nationally. The unfriendly people really made me laugh. Come on people, get out and travel a little bit.

Depends on what you want out of a place. I might think the best place is suburban Cleveland, or downtown or on a farm. What kind of environment do you want to live in? Do you want to live w/in a hour of Lake Erie? Close to pa, mi, in, wv or kentucky? what kind of job will you be looking for?
