Anybody fish there? Do they sell houses or lots in the area?

I remember seeing it in late 1970's when I was a student in Athens. It looked very quiet and secluded.

Bidwell Lake? Sorry, but I've never heard of a lake by that name in OH. Not saying there isn't one, just not one I am aware of. There's Dow Lake E of Athens and Fox Lake and Lake Snowden SW of Athens, and then there's Tycoon Lake NW of Bidwell. Could it be one of those?

Bidwell is a tiny little town and the above posters are correct, Tycoon Lake is close by.

Bidwell is not that close to Athens. It is closer to Rio Grande then Athens.

OK...but is it just a wildlife reserve area the way it looks on google maps or do people live on the lake...or have cabins to go on the weekends or whatever?
