I hope someone comes along and tells us the name of the burger joint. It's so hard to find a good burger. We set outside at Village Square restaurant where the food was very good and the service was too.
Village Square Restaurant They also had one of our favorite wines from Sunset Hills, their 2009 Viognier.

Thanks for all the nice comments, you guys. It'll probably be a while before I can come back in a regular basis. I have a few other things I have to do this summer that take priority. But, as Ahhhnold says: "I'll be back!" Maybe in the fall.

I totally agree. I only saw a small portion of Winchester that day. Let's add photos of the rest of it, especially if anyone has photos of Shenandoah University. It has such a pretty little campus.

I totally agree. While the festival is fun, Winchester is so much more charming when there's no festival going on (IMO).

Charming, yes. But without that Festival, Winchester's budget woes would be much more fragile. I don't remember the exact amount but The Bloom brings in BIG bucks!
