We are moving to the Leesburg area in the next few weeks. Looking for any suggestion on good daycare in the immediate area(day care centers) for 1 child under 3 and and and a good preschools for a 4 yr old. Also any recommendations for a pediatriaican? Any suggestions on any nice communities with townhomes (that take dogs) for rent. Preferably close to Leesburg, 3 bed, garage, safe area and ideally with a community pool for kids.
Thank you for your time.

Kiddie Academy in Lansdowne is nice for daycare. It is right across from the hospital and they have a webcam so you can check in on the kids anytime you want.

Also in the bldg across from Kiddie Academy is Loudoun Peds. I don't use them but am in their weekly for my job and they seem great. Very large space, brightly painted for the kids interest and a warm staff. I go to a Ped in Ashburn for my kids only b/c they are so close to us otherwise I would be going to Loudoun Peds.

Don't know of townhome communities...

Good luck

My sister lives in leesburg, VA. and i have been there a couple times, and I personally love it. It is right beside the Dulles mall and Tyson's Corner. I dont know about the daycare and the doctor...but I have a high recommendation for it. Good luck.

not really... it's just about 20 minutes from the Dullas mall. (sterling/dullas area) and about 30 -45 minutes from Tysons (McLean) in bad traffic that could be an hour. (about 25miles)
NOT right next door.

There is the Outlet mall right in leesburg.

Do a search here of Leesburg threads there is ALOT of info.

There are a ton of nice neighborhoods with TH that will have rentals... look on craigs list and even contact a realtor.
Exeter, Potomac crossing, Spring lakes, northlake, Potomac station,EDWARDS LANDING etc...
just to name a few. there is only a small section of Leesburg that I would stay away from and that is the area off of Edwards ferry rd by the walmart. (section 8 housing)
