Help! Does anyone know of a store that still has hand/feet warmer packs?

Costco had them a huge box of them right before Xmas-they may still have some left. Good luck!

I couldn't find any, so I bought those muscle-pain heat things. I don't know how well it'll work, but we'll see

Mittens will keep your hands warmer than gloves.

The best way to keep your feet warm, hands down, are Mukluks. They allow for your feet to breathe, and yet they keep them warmer than any other material. I have some leather boots (With rubber foot portions), that have fleece lined rims, but I've heard that Mukluks are even warmer. The Mukluks can come in some pretty fashionable designs as well (For the ladies and all). I highly recommend that you check them out if your feet are having trouble staying warm in this weather.

(As you can see, they vary quite a bit in their styles and such).

Also, have you ever considered the battery powered warm socks and glove liners? I have seen them around quite a few places, and I've been considering buying a pair or two.

Another option would also be to try some ski socks. I have a cotton pair, and a higher wool percentage pair, and I can attest to the fact that they are grades above your average sock in terms of retaining warmth:

Here is an example of such:
