I would like to sell my home and buy a condo in the Falls Church, Alexandria, Annandale area. Does anyone have a recommendation for a real estate agent who is knowledgeable and honest?

Johanna Devon. Broker and very tenacious. She's sold a home for us and helped up buy one. I won't hesitate to use her again. She's been doing this a long time. (703) 606-7504.

I found her when she sold a neighbors place and I used her to sell my old place and buy my new place. The reason I liked her was her attention to detail on the paperwork and knowledge of the process. I have had a few friends get lazy or real estate agents that do not do the required work and there were some late in the process surprised that the real estate agents either did not expect or know how to deal with.

While both of these might be excellent agents; neither are focused on the area the OP mentioned. And in real estate, you should absolutely find someone who specializes in the very specific area in which you want to buy.

I would not have recommended her if she did not work heavily in all if NOVA.
