I am planning on moving for work to the Chantilly area and I'm wondering if anyone has any recommendations for apartments in that area. It's just my girlfriend and myself so I'm looking for a two bedroom or one bedroom with a den. I heard about a place called Shenandoah Crossing. Does anyone know about this place?

I work right next to that complex. It's pretty from the outside but I don't know any more than that. It's very close to Chantilly High School so I think there are a lot of kids that walk through there on their way to the big strip mall nearby.

From what I've heard, Shenandoah Crossing is somewhat infamous...although I wouldn't "LOL", because a newcomer would not be privy to that.

While I have no personal knowledge of Shenandoah Crossing, I go to Chantilly High School (next door) a lot and the complex looks alright from the outside.

edit: Oops, Vector beat me to it, LOL.

What's it infamous for? I am a local and pass by it frequently but I haven't heard anything about it. I'm curious now.

Isn't Shenandoah Crossing an income-based complex? I believe there is a maximum allowed income in order to live there.

ETA: Maybe I'm wrong. Now that I've researched, I cannot find anything to support that SC is an affordable housing complex.
