I've searching for a home in 20112 zip but came across Mayfield Trace community (20110). The community seem like a nice neighborhood but I can't be certain. I noticed the the avg home value in this community is less than near by community for comparable homes. Old Dominion race track is one of the reason I think that pull down home value in this community. crime report in this area look decent on crimespot.

As noted it's a good area regarding crime. Easy access to PW Pkway and close to 66 and fairly close to 95. I'm about the same distance from the speedway as this area and the noise does not bother me but I am used to it. I can't really comment on the homes and their construction though.

If the windows are open I can hear it at times but it's never something I think about. If you're concerned about it go to the neighborhood this Friday evening and see what you hear.
