My husband and I just applied for a lovely townhome in a neighborhood called the Colonnade at Dulles. Our realtor went and looked at it for us and assured us it was a nice neighborhood, but its proximity to Dulles Towne Center concerns me just a bit. The realtor did say that if you had a good arm you could throw a baseball and hit the mall parking lot.
