who does VA construction to perm or VA conventional with a supplemental loan. Am a disabled vet with a credit score of 775. I can get most any loan but having trouble finding a lender in NOVA who does construction to perm or will do a VA conventional with a supplemental.

The property we are looking at is actually in Fredericksburg so any VA lender in the Spotsylvania or Fredericksburg area would work as well.

As those in the real estate industry can not advertise on the forum per the Terms of Service, I would suggest that those with specific contacts - except for said industry types - send the information to the above poster via Direct Message.

From our recent experience - stay away from BoA. Very bad customer service for a (regular) VA loan with great credit score!

What exactly is a "construction to perm" loan?

Last year when we bought we were originally trying to go with a 203k Rehab Loan (to restore a historic property). But ended up not doing that. Only certain lenders in our area were part of this program. Are you working with a realtor? Our realtor helped us find this lender (Wells Fargo). And they were great.

We used BB&T to get a construction to perm loan, very good experience. But don't know if they do VA.

Can't you contact the VA and ask?
