Lansdowne has quite a few homes in that range. I'm not sure if it would be more than 300. They also have homes in other prices ranges, as well.

Great Falls has more than 300 homes in that price range, but I don't know if you would call it a development or a discrete subdivision as most of the homes are custom built and Great Falls covers a large area. Cascades has about 200 in that price range, most of them in Lowes Island near Trump's golf club.

How about River Creek and Belmont Country Club areas of Loudoun (between Ashburn and Leesburg)? Both are private, gated, country club communities and I would think there are about 300 homes, most in that price range. Also, the new development on Route 15 between Leesburg and Route 50. Those are on larger acreage.

If you don't mind sharing, OP, why is 300 the magic number?

I'll have to agree here -- why would having 300 homes in a subdivision make it better? When I get my $1.5 million estate, I don't care how many neighbors I have. I won't be able to see them! Hah!

i'm pretty sure if you take all the houses in Villamay and add the others in that price range in close proximity along the parkway you'll have well over 300.

Are you really looking for a place to live or is this inquiry for marketing purposes? That's the only reason I can think why someone would specify a minimum number like that.

What about Old Town in Alexandria. There are certainly over 300 homes there and the home prices are incredibly high.

That's what I thought too. The specificity of the 300 number is weird.

I agree. That's what I was thinking of back in my post #3.
