Anyone ever been to the butcher shop at Americana Grocery on Columbia Pike near Bailey's Crossroads? Is it worth a visit? Any other butcher shops in the vicinity?

There are some excellent halal butchers in some of the Middle Eastern grocery stores along Route 7, one of which is near Duangrats.

Cool, I'll have to check out some of the halal butchers in the area. One thing I will never do is step foot in Americana Grocery -- it smelled like rotten meat at the door and the odor only got worse as you came closer to the meat counter.
