Default Hawley

Been familiar with Hawley for about 25 years. Hawley looks a little tired and is becoming a bedroom community of NYC. Daily short line to the city--The town has a number of businesses and is served by Wallenpaupack schools--which are very good. You can always check the chamber of commerce --there may be health care opportunities, retail and tourist opportunities for work. I'm sure others can be more specific. A lot of posters talk about how the population of the Poconos is growing but I don't see the prosperity that I thought that growth would bring. I guess it is the economy, huh.

About 25 years ago, I spent lots of time at Lake Wallenpaupak and on
cloudy days we would go into Hawley for a 'Hawley Day'
Pat's Bar on the main street. Go for a Hawley Day and check it out, its a
great small, quaint town.
